In my years of experience, I have had the opportunity to work with men and women who have struggled with substance abuse, anxiety, mood disorders, trauma and postpartum depression.
I pride myself on my work ethic and professionalism. I am both passionate about and dedicated to this work. My mission is to help individuals identify, harvest and exercise the power they have over their lives. It is my hope that through our work together, you are able to recognize the best in yourself.

I am a proud alumna of Clark Atlanta University, where I graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in
Sociology. I continued my education and Sacred Heart University in Fairfield, CT where I received
my Master’s Degree in Social Work.
I am a Licensed Master Social Worker. My aim is to support, assist and when appropriate challenge
individuals while also reminding them that life’s difficulties are only temporary. Clients working
with me, will be encouraged to take the necessary steps to find their way again. While it may take
time and patience, remaining consistent through the process is a giant step towards success, peace,
and happiness.
