    Yes. We offer a FREE 15 minute telephone consultation with one of our licensed clinicians in order to gather information that will help determine if we will be a good fit to meet your needs.   • Do we accept health insurance? If so, what plans are you in network with?
    We are in network with the following insurance providers: Aetna Anthem BCBS Cigna/Evernorth Connecticare Husky/Medicaid Oxford United Healthcare
  • How do I know if I have any out of pocket costs with my insurance plan?
    You will be informed of any out of pocket expenses such as copayments, deductibles and patient responsibilities. This information will be provided to you prior to your first scheduled session so you are fully informed before engaging in services.
  • What are your our of pocket rates?

  • What therapeutic services do you provide?
    We currently provide individual therapy, couples counseling, adolescent therapy and group therapy.
  • How do you provide services?
    We provide both in-person and virtual/telehealth sessions. A hybrid option is also available for your convenience.
  • Do you have evening and weekend availability?
    Yes! Our clinicians do offer weekend sessions at this time. *Please note that weekend sessions are highly requested and there may be a waitlist.
  • What court related services do you provide?
    We currently provide the following court related services: Alternative Dispute Resolution (coming soon) Guardian ad Litem Immigration Evaluations

    We presently conduct the following types of immigration cases: Asylum Extreme hardship Violence Against Women Act (VAWA)
  • Is there a list of individuals qualified to be appointed as a GAL in a family case?
    State of Connecticut GAL/AMC List
  • What licenses do you provide clinical supervision for?
    We currently provide clinical supervision for LMSW, LPC and LMFTs.
